Help urgent fish have ich

At last on top of all my bad luck and stress lately I have spotted
ich on my hippo tang and yellow tang. I have corals and shrimp and no QT tank and would rather treat the whole tank. What can I use that's reef safe? Going to get it tmrw so need to know asap please. Should I start by increasing temp?

There is nothing you can really treat in tank that will eliminate ich. Keep your water quality pristine and make sure your fish are well fed. This will help by you time.
