Help w/Hygger mini wave maker in Evo13.5

Anyone who has this in an EVO, any tips to stop it from blowing sand? I have it positioned on the black wall below the return. Tuned down the power setting to 2 and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

You can either move the wavemaker to another location or get a heavier grade sand

Thanks James. Any tips on where may be a good place to move it? Would like to try a different spot before I replace the live sand.

I would say just to keep moving it till you find the right spot

I agree with James above, sooner or later biofilm and microfauna will grow on the sand to help weigh it down, plus you might place some corals on the sand, etc...
