Help w/ID of sponge

Hello - noticed some quick growing sponges, one on the side of a torch and the other taking over a piece of GSP. Any ID assistance or recommendations for removal appreciated! I could just remove the gsp but I want to make sure this won't harm or take over my torch coral most importantly.

Looks like white sponges to me, generally not harmful unless they over grow and start smothering the corals. You could manually remove them.
