Help weird clownfish behavior recorded

Hello, I was finally able to record my dominate clownfish shaking against the sand bed. I’ve had her for two months and the only other fish is an other clown I had for 3 weeks. I’m pretty sure she started this behavior 5 days ago because I was able to notice the sand bed looking different. She only does this at night and on the sand around the area where she sleeps. Should I be worried?

They make their own beds, and sometimes they will defend the area. I presume it is not hanging out in any coral or anemone.

That looks pretty normal to me for a clownfish without a host anemone or coral. They choose a place to make a bed, as KrisReef mentioned above, and push sand around by fast tail wagging like in your videos.
I've got a pair of normal Ocellaris clownfish in my tank on my work desk that regularly bed down on the sand at night. My pair of black and white Ocellaris clownfish at home hang out under the ghost overflow rather than bedding on the sand.

I have a pair of clowns, and while I haven't seen the fast twitch sand moving, I also haven't watched late late at night. Early morning their in the same spot, "treading water", and moving just like yours does.

Same as others have said -- my solo clown manipulates the sand however she likes in the same way.

*I used to try to build up sand under an arch I have to keep the clown from surprise attacking my blenny in barnacle cluster from behind but gave up,,, she just digs out a trench (using same method as your videos show)

Yeah I don’t have any in the tank yet. But she becomes more aggressive towards the other clown even though they’ll sometimes sleep together
