HELP what are these tiny bugs in my tank

Ya how do I control the algae my tank has been running for probably 3 months and every time I clean it and get rid of the algae it always comes back.

I have hermit crabs and snails and I don’t know about the live rock probably somewhere around 10-15ibs and the tank is a 30gal biocube.

Also I get the copepods are good for the tank but I think it’s kinda gross cause there all over the glass can I keep the amount of them in check by just cleaning glass regularly.

I only see the moray eel in your photo. How many fish do you have? If the moray is your only fish then I would suggest getting two more. Both need to be large enough that the moray will not consider them lunch, but not too big for your 30 gallon tank.
One fish should be an herbivore. For example, a Fox face or a Tang. You would need to get a juvenile and they will grow too large for your tank eventually. So, unless you plan to move up to a larger tank in the relatively near future those might not be the best idea.
Second fish should be a fish that will snack on your copepods. I like six-line wrasses however love of those fish is not universal.
Wrasses can be jumpers so having a lid on the tank is a good idea. Hopefully you already have one.
In years gone by my six-line wrasse and my snowflake moray decided to carpet surf.

Tuxedo Urchin might be a good choice for your algae. Not sure if the Eel will be able to bug it, Lawnmower or Bicolor blenny might be too small and lunch for the Eel as well.
Better fix would be finding the cause for the algae though, I'd assume Nitrates and PO4 being high. You may need to start finding a way to export those from the system.
