So, he is the only fish that has this all over him and I am not sure what it is. Any ideas? He seems to be acting normal and eating great. We have had him for a little over a month and then this just appeared all over him last weekend.

Kinda hard to tell from the picture. Are there little tiny black dots? Or is it a coating on the surface or under the skin?

Nothing that looks like dots. I'm not sure if it under or on the surface either. They just look like brownish lines/splotches all over him.

Is the overall color of the fish unchanged or has it faded a bit?

Hard to tell, hes a light grey color naturally. I would have to say it's not faded, just covered with the brownish marks.

Looks like an infection, unless you have stinging corals (with sweepers) he might be sleeping near.
Agreed. Gill damage from parasites can also cause discoloratoon but this looks more like an infection.
