HELP! WHAT IS HAPPENING

i just did a MAJOR sumo cleaning. and besides beung thrown into tailspin by the outage when i FINALLY git all hooked back up flipped back on return pump and NOTHING. thinking punp was bad i checked and plugged into outlet. cqme right on. can tell 8f any outlets are working.
i did turn WAV to 100 and they work.

of course trident start full suite test ten min after problem surfaced. I am waiting for it to finish ( i don't know what happens if I cut power during a test)

just unplugged flipped over apex to see if breaker was out (it wasn't) and then turned back on ------ nothing, no outlets work

nope nothing nada. zilch. i have no outlets, had ti stick an old butt suspect cheap heater that has internal temp.

kinda looks like probes work, believe 1links work. possibly aquabus. what the heck.

Unfortunately those EB832s are unreliable in my experience. I have already had to replace mine twice while my 3 year old EB8s and EB4s are still doing fine...had the exact same symptoms yours does. I would open a ticket with Neptune. They will either repair yours or offer you a discount on buying a replacement. There is also a post on here that shows you how to fix them yourself if you want to give that a shot. If you do a google search for dead EB832s you will find a ton of info.
