Help! What is this on my tang

Hello,

I have a Tomini and a Clarkii in a reef tank. I noticed what maybe an injury (from the Clarkii?) or a possibly ick on the Tomini. Can anyone help identify what this is and how to possibly treat it? Thanks in advance.

Are you able to get any pics with white light or use a separate flash light while taking photos?

Tangs scar horribly when injured, so it could be a scrape or cut that is healing, but has a very weird pattern to it

Looks like an injury to me - could have hit the rock too hard or have been from aggression.

Mine gets these same marks every once in a while, although not as deep looking. I think they just scape through the rocks and get a little banged up. Usually heals in a few days just for them to do it again

Thanks everyone. I am hoping he is okay. He is swimming fine, eating and grazing. There are a couple of small caves and nooks he sprints into at times when some one approaches the tank. I will try to get some video later. If these are indeed scars from rock should I be worried or anything I should be doing?
