I purchased a coral and this was in the bag. I also seen one a month ago in my tank.
What is it and is it bad

could be a stomatella snail. very good algae eaters! look them up see if that looks right

Not that. No antennas and I had one in my tank a while back. Same markings

Yes kinda hard and it curled up and the shell kinda looked like scales like a rolly polly bug
