Ah yes, now that's what we are talkin' about. I like it, its perfect!

The new room set up I mean. I am sure you don't feel the aiptasia is perfect. Seriously though, if you get right on that 6-8 you see you will be fine. That is not a real bad case of them.

is this bubble algae bad for my refugium? i think i have the same pests growing on the chaeto

That is not bubble algae. Looks more like cyanobacteria. Better in the fuge then the DT. Do you clean your fuge? How old are your lights?

Looks like cyano. I also had some aptasia in my aquarium it's only a 55 but I got a candy cane peppermint shrimp for it and my aptasia in now gone :)

Holy. Moses. Get rid of the TV in that room. With that setup, who needs a TV? I'm assuming your tank is on a ground floor? Your plumbing/fish room is impressive :)

yes, that is the ground floor. concrete. full geothermal hvac system, so pipes running all over in the concrete.

the TV doesn't get used much, but that is the media room. Removing the TV would make for a strange media room  although it has been sort of converted to a workout room on that side now. Treadmill, workout matts, kettle bells and WII Fit+ system are where sofa, etc was previously...

I wish I had designed the equipment room larger, but it would likely be overflowing regardless. It's 10x15, but it seems stuffed.
