Help! What is this?

This has been showing up in our 150 gal mixed reef. We have been fighting these for about 3 years. They can completely cover everything!

PH 8.2
AM 0
NA 5.0
NI 0
CA 460
KH 107
PHOS 2.0

Phosphates are always high I think because of the bio load from the fish.

What eats them! That’s what I have been told but I can’t seem to get rid of them. There has to be something that will eat these. I have a large file fish but he doesn’t touch them.
