help, what is this?

Does anyone know what this crab is? My father originally saw him in a colony of birds nest then i saw him and got pictures the other night. nobody on facebook knows what it is.

if he is a strawberry, he is very unique i work in a lfs and have never seen one like that come in, he is also very small
