My parameters are all ok but what is this it’s all over my tank I blew it all away to get sucked up by my filter but it keeps coming back should I be worried

Seems like Cyano aka red slime algae or diatoms common in new tanks

Also please state your actual parameters as you may think they are ok but their may be something wrong

What are your nitrates and phosphates? If your nitrates are above 20 than its most likely Cyano bacteria in that case feed less if its more orange like rust than hermit crabs might eat them and some sand sifters could work but as I said it is very common in new tanks and will probably go away on its own

Ok make sure your nitrates are a bit higher as 0 is actually not good for corals its probably just diatoms then.

its red slimy and stringy and it was colouring my substrate red

Might be red slime algae then which is odd since your nitrates are 0, are you sure you're testing your params correctly? How much are you feeding?

2 common clown
a hermit crab and a peppermint shrimp

You definitely don't need to feed a lot for them, the clowns only need like 4-5 pieces of food each and they don't need frozen every day, maybe alternate between frozen and pellet.

Yes it should go away if you feed less keep an eye on nitrates and phosphates and do water changes

Diatoms but could develop into cyano. Overfeeding will be a cause.
Siphon up and keep an eye on it. Reduce white lighting just a little bit (will help) and especially first 2 months feed sparingly. Feed what the inhabitants can consume in 1-2 minutes. Easier to add food than to remove
