Help! What is this??

Hi,

Newbie here. I setup my first saltwater tank 4month ago, I started to see this dark algae-like thing (please see photo and videos below). Can someone help me identify this and how to get rid of it? Thanks a lot

PS:
I brought the Vibrant cleaner, it makes the water clear but doesn’t seem to work on the thing here

tank:35 gallon (fish only with live rock )

No vibrant! seems like some sort of algae. Could be Cyano thats what it looks like. It's normal increase flow a bit see if that helps.
 
Thank you, guys. I tried to siphon it out, it always grows back. I start to suspect it might be Dinos. Video doesn’t work, I’m attaching more pics.

Often this happens with new/newer tanks. As suggested vacuum/siphon and see how soon it returns.
Often tap water, silicates in the sand or lack of flow are contributors
