This fish appears moribund and may or may not make it sad as it sounds
Can be caused by;
-Inner parasite
-Crashing into object from being startled
- aggression from tank mate

you can increase oxygen with air stone which may or may not help. How it looks in the morning will determine what is next

To help others ID the problem, it would be good to share more info like, when was the fish introduced? Diet? When did you noticed the symptoms? Any changes in behavior? Any other fish showing similar symptoms? Any other fish showing aggression? Parameters? If it has stopped feeding, how long ago? Was it quarantined before introducing? Also the video link is not opening on my end. Only concern I can see is the bits of pale orange on its body but it’s the only info & not enough to help ID the problem. A common clown fish disease is Brook, look into that & see if it matches. Good luck

Yes sorry just saw this and am in the process of setting up my quarantine.
Introduced 6 weeks ago, no fish showing similar symptoms but another clown disappeared overnight a week ago, he was being a little odd hanging out near the top of the tank and then just vanished. Clowns are weird and unusual at the best of times, he didn’t jump (screen) but absolutely no trace.
We had ich 5 weeks ago on our japonese swallow tail but he recovered and we’ve been doing a ton of water changes. When he first got sick 3 20% changes in a week and every two weeks since.

He was eating pellets just fine this morning, I haven’t seen any aggression from any fish, we have a pretty peaceful tank as we haven’t added our tangs yet (other then a baby hippo).
Parameters
Ph 8.1
Temp 24.8 C
Ammonia 0.008
Nitrate 5.5
Phos 5ppb
Alkalinity 8.3 dkh
Salinity 1.0267

Do you have a sump?
Usually I take a fish like this and place it in an acclimation box still in the same tank. It separates the fish from any aggression or any scavenging the other critters might try and do to an injured or dying fish.
+1 about increasing oxygen. Turn up the protein skimmer air intake or add a bubbler to the tank or acclimation box.

I agree - this fish is moribund, it is very unlikely that you can do anything to save it (it may well be dead by this morning). It is breathing fast and has major fin erosion. One possibility is that it got attacked by other fish (clowns don't always play nice). Some diseases can mimic those symptoms of aggression, and that is the concern here - damage control in case it is something contagious. Watch all of the other fish for signs of rapid breathing.
