Help, what is wrong with my fish?

This wound of some kind appeared on my royal gramma. It’s on his side where the yellow meats the purple. Doesn’t look like Ick to me but hoping someone could help identify.

From what I can see, and depending on the fish's history, it might be Uronema.

I’m not sure but I don’t believe so, other tank mates are 2 clowns, and a blenny. I know clowns can be aggressive but have had this guy for a couple weeks and haven’t seen any aggression from other fish.
