Help! What kind of algae is this?

Hi, I'm new to the saltwater reef. I have this green algae and some brown algae in my tank. My tank is about 2 months old. The green algae during the daylight (even with the lights on) I can see it, but it doesn't look that bad. During the night with the lights off and a flashlight it looks horrible. Does anyone know what kind of algae this is and what to do to get rid of it. I have a 13 gallon fluval evo and no protein skimmer. Please help!

It’s kinda hard to tell from the pic but I’m guessing the beginning stages of coralline. Is it ‘hairy’? Can you take some better pics?

Coralline usually starts out green then will start turning purple eventually. It will likely start out in “circle” patterns.

I have been trying to brush it off, syphen it out. It doesn't even move or anything. Really short.
