Help - what to do with this Wrasse??

Hi All,
Our fairy wrasse has been with us for many years now. He got something in his right eye yesterday and has been behaving in an agitated way. But he’s otherwise healthy and quite fast.
It will be very difficult to capture him.
He isn’t able to see out of that eye it doesn’t seem. Not sure.
None of the other fish are showing any similar signs.
What should we do? He would be impossible to catch at this point.

I'd give it another day and if he hasn't gotten it out on his own make a fish trap

Ok. Thank you. He seems very strong still. I just wish I could get some tweezers on there.
