HELP, what wrong with my candy cane?

Please help, my candy can seem dying. Two of them does not open and one look like dying. Any idea to save them are welcome. THX

Still having the problem? Sometimes mine dont open for a day but come back bigger and hungrier than ever the next day. What are your parameters? I've noticed if my temp or alk swings too much my candy canes and acans don't open as well

My parameter test at home are good, also I bring the water to the store and ask them to test both result are the same.

What are they, never trust a LFS for anything

I tested them last week and they are fine. Nit=0, Amonia=0, PO4=0, Salinity=1.025. They are in my tank for three days. my next schedule for water change is this Sunday. Should I move them to difference spot/place?

U need to test calcium alkalinity and magnesium levels.

I will do that tonight. last time check Calcium=420, Alk=5.2 and Mag=1320

Alk is low. My system reads 8.2 on a regular basis.

I just went through something similar with mine. Did 25% wc every other day for a week and all is well. Definitely your alk is very low.

Anything with a PH under 7 is acidic.
