Help what's going on with my anemone

The subject says it please. He's been doing good for months this morning I found him as you see him
I have not seen him this way before

No tank changes? No Ammonia? How stable is the PH. Did you look at it unapprovingly and roll your eyes? Nems are weird that way.

No ammonia as known but will test no other changes in a week other than I have done two 15 gallon water changes in the last week due to me thinking I need to raise my ph ( it was at 7.60 via APEX my RED SEA Ttests indicated it was low at 7.9 so I dosed Kent buffer for a week and the all went very high. I stopped the buffer when I read it would raise alk ( after I did my tests) other then the alk parameters were good.
I've opened up the house and the ph has gone from 7.82 to 7.93 in a little over five hours but that's all

I think it's normal inflation and deflation if the anemone has otherwise been healthy.

Maybe implode. JK! Nems are funny. Keep an eye on it. Mine look like that sometimes when my flow dies down at night.

Rather than chemical changes to Ph have you tried an airstone and pump?

No I didn't think it would work but will add one know to try PH is now 7.99 but can't keep the windows open all time so air pump we come

just havin better gas exchange should show pretty good results. Having it outside is a bonus.

The alk was so high 21. I did I 15 gallon water change as soon as I could make water about 30% this was last Friday and I did another yesterday

My returns are at the top of the water I have them raised up enough to see tubulence but not enough to make noise. There is quite a bit of tubulence on top of the water

Unfortunately yes I was strictly following kent's buffer instructions and I test weekly same day every week so I discovered that ( two days later) and immediately did the water change. Mr anemone is looking better right now
