Help whats going on with my tang

He had some red spots and fin damage 4 days ago. Went to the LFS and they recommended we use rally pro. The spotting died down but he is getting white patches what should I do!?

seems like fin rot, with some sores. Maybe do a freshwater dip

Some of this appears bacterial
Also signs of thinning and likely bitsmin deficiency
Assure good water quality and bump up the diet
Ruby rally takes a couple days to take effect but should help
Foids to feed:
Spirulina brine shrimp
Mysis shrimp
LRS herbivore diet
Hikari veggie diet
Small plankton
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Nori seaweed basted with garlic

Also add selcon vitamins and garlic extract to the foods for immunity health and overall stamina

To make a better diagnosis, we need additional information about the fish and tank. Visual pictures and video help, but they don't tell the whole story. For example, red sores like this can result from ammonia poisoning.

In your case, we would want to see full water quality results, what other fish are in the tank, how long you have had this fish....

Hey thanks everyone. I would post all my parameters next time. We moved him into a QT tank last night but unfortunately he didn't make it. After review of the fish besides the bacterial infection I could see clear marks from what looked to be from either my strawberry pseudochromis, marine betta or coral beauty. Our tang was always the leader of the tank I wonder if they took the infection as a sign they could over power him. He went from looking better to terrible in the span of me being at work. I tried everything I could last night and unfortunately had to bury him this morning and say goodbye. It was rough as he was my buddy. Thanks for your help and if I post again I'll try to include more information. It's hard to think while your in a panic.
