HElP. Whats on my foxfaces snout and how do i fix it.

So i have had my fox face in qt for black ich for about 1 week. Pic 1 is how he went in. Look closely at his nose. The second and third pic is him in the tank day one, again look at the nose. Now two days ago i seen this large white wound or something on his nose.the remaining pic's) I bought a cleaner wrassie to address parasites in the main tank (finger crossed he live a long life)and he was placed in the QT with him. ANYWAY. i have seen the wrasse picking at this thing on my foxfaces nose. Any ideas what this thing is and why it has shown up. I have been treating with prazi pro and rid ich. what should i do here. tanks in advance. there is no rock in my QT , only a heater, sponge filter,a pvc elbow, air stone and a small bag of bio media from the main sump

Just looks like he bumped into a rock, should heal over as long as hes healthy otherwise..

Looks like an injury, it may get infected if not already, so need to watch carefully. If it starts changing size or shape/color you should isolate and treat with triple sulfa, if available can add neoplex too.

Well i got a good look at my fox faces wound today..as i was changing the water to add meds. he cornered himself. What the Heck has happened.. It was not there when he went into the Qt tank on the 29th for possible black ich useing
