Welcome to the community! It kind of Looks like an infection, the skins looks retracted, and polyps look to be bailing, dip it and move it out of the light, also give it some good flow. I see infections that look like this on acans/favias that get stung, maybe that ricordea next to it had stung it.

It is definitely receding, it also looks like red cyano :/

Thanks for getting back to me, I decided to take it out and not risk the rest of my tank. Better to loose one verse alot.

What do I dip it ?

Take a look on bulkreef supply or marine depot. They have several "coral dips" to choose from, but considering you may not have done a dip before, you could use standard house hold iodine(witch in your case is what you should use).
