I have something irritating my zoas, I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help??

Looks like aptaisia but it’s hard to tell from the picture. They are a pest anemone and they will spread. Best to get a peppermint shrimp

Its very white doesnt really look like aptaisia

white sponge ? take out gently scrub in SW,then rinse in SW.
