Help when adding fish!

Hi i hope someone can help me, I have had my 20g saltwater tank for about 3 months, With 2 ocellaris clownfish and 2 hermit crabs and in the past week twice I've tried to add another fish (first a cleaner shrimp then a firefish goby from a different store) but they died in the span of 24-36 hours i dont know what to do, the clownfish and crabs look good and healthy anyone has any ideas???

Two things come to mind. First is water chemistry could be off. Second is clowns attacking the other fish.

Shrimp can be sensitive. How is your acclimation?
