HELP white dots on my frogspawn.

Saw very tiny dots on my frogspawn frag a few days ago and checked again this morning and there bigger now. Please lmk what they are and if i need to take any action. Doesnt seem to be affecting the frogspawn.yet....

Looks like spirorbid worms..hard to tell. If they are they are not harmful

They look like spirorbid worms to me.

Thanks everybody. From the info I just read they definitley look like spirorbid worms 100%. Any course of action i should take or just leave it be?

Could be heavy feeding. Check ammonia/nitrates..they feed off of it..so they actually help.
