Help! White splotch on my frogspawn seems to be killing it

I got this frogspawn about 10 days ago. We dipped it after getting it from LFS. It has been doing great in the tank

Today all of a sudden it was not extending. I am now seeing a white patch that seems to be growing inside of it. I'm not sure what to do? Should I dip it again? Should I pull out the white stuff? Unfortunately it looks like the coral is dying any help would be appreciated

All of my numbers look fine. Alk is 7.5, phosphate at 0, nitrate at 8

Sadly it looks like it is just dying. It went from looking great to dying in 24 hours. Here is a photo. Anyone have ideas on what could have happened?

Unfortunately, corals aren't my strong point, so I'm not sure what's wrong. Here's a bump in hopes someone better with corals will chime in for you though.
