Help, white spot around lyre tail a third eyes

does anyone know what this white spot around eye could be??? 2 of 10 Antonia’s have it, there are in 2.25 copper have done metroplex every other day for a week as well as 3 doses kanaplex, and just switched yesterday from metro to first of two doses of general cure. Another fix for a big cloudy eye but it is almost all better, I should mention I also started day 2 of 7 of Melafix as well.

May be product of a nick or injury
Keep an eye on it as it should heal on its own however if it worsens, treat in separate tank with Maracyn- not Maracyn oxy
