Help!! White spots all over blue tang

Hi! I recently set up a new 200 gallon tank. After cycling was done i bought 2 clownfish and a 6-7 inch blue tang. However, my blue tang started developing these white spots over the next 2-3 days. It is eating like a pig tho and everything is still ok ( no heavy breathing or flashing).
I have no idea if it is ich or marine velvet or any other thing i might be missing.
If anyone can please tell me how to diagnose and treat it would be a great help. I really don’t want to lose this fish.
