Help with 17 seconds dosing command

Fallback OFF
OSC 720:00/000:17/719:43 Then ON
ThIs would have the exact same result as
Fallback OFF
If Time 12:00 to 12:01 Then ON
Defer 001:43 Then ON
Either option will work.

So I used the If Time command but it went past the 17 seconds. I manually turned it off then set it back to auto and as soon as I set auto after the 001:43 defer it started dosing again even though the time was already 12:08. Did I miss somethingOr use:
Fallback OFF
