Help with 3D file

Good evening guys,

Im trying to make a 3D file for something similar that another member created to replace using filter socks but I have failed apparently I don't have the technical skills to create one. I know we all live busy lives so Ill be willing to buy the file if someone can help me.
So now what I hope to 3D print:
Something similar to the picture but only 2" tall and the holes to be a little bigger but I would like the holes on the bottom not the sides. The outside diameter would be 6.5" with a lip on the top of 1/4" to prevent it from falling down.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Actually no just trying to use filter floss instead of socks for my new build. Or if someone knows where I can buy something similar it would be awesome...

This is what you described, although I used metric, so the measurements are bound to be slightly off:

Looks great exactly what I had in mind

That STL is printable as is; however, if you want, I can make a more precise model, but I would need your exact measurements in millimetres (or centimetres). I would hate to spend the time and money printing this only to find out it is a mm off...

Also the big advantage to building your own parts is customizing them to suit all your needs. For example (not knowing how you are attaching this), it could be an inch longer, and have a weir in the top inch for when the floss gets clogged...
