Help with a couple of things

The first pic is something that I've only noticed today and I'm not sure what it is but it's about 4 mm .
Second pic is something happening to the leather toadstool , it's lost polyps and turning white .
Any help on either is appreciated.

Can't offer much help with the toadstool - perhaps another member of the #reefsquad could take a look... - but I'd say that little anemone on the glass looks like a Majano. They're mostly not that pretty, have a sting that's unpleasant to corals, and can take over a tank, so generally considered a pest.

Can you get a better picture of it? Looks like a small anemone. Is it soft or firm to touch?

With the toadstool it looks like something might have stung it on the side there. Is that a frogspawn at the bottom of the pic?

It's a torch in the bottom of the pic but a good 6 inches away

Close enough for a euphyillia though! That would be my prime suspect, I'd move it away a little more and the toady should recover fine.
