so I have 2 maroon clowns, an ornate wrasse, orange skunk clown, fire fish and a coral beauty in a 120. For the past couple of weeks, the coral beauty has had some spots up near its eyes that look discolored and one of my peppermint shrimp is constantly cleaning him. I’ve watched the shrimp picking in his mouth and in his gills. The coral beauty goes to him and the shrimp goes to work. The orange clown has been doing some minor flashing mostly in the long tentacle anemone that he hosts but will sometimes flash on the sand. The clown has no white spots or visible signs of anything. None of the other fish are doing anything like this or have any spots. All fish are eating very well and very active. This has been going on for a couple weeks now which seems odd. Any ideas why I’m dealing with here? I have 5 anthias in quarantine that are ready to go in the display but I’m trying to figure out what’s going on first. Thanks!!

White light pics and a short video if possible are needed

Here’s a couple of pics of the coral beauty. Hard to get because he’s always darting around. But you can see the spot above his eye.
