Not sure what I have here, I think they're dinos but I'm not sure which type and/or what to do about it. Just looking for someone to point me in the right direction. Tank is nearly a year old, this problem showed up overnight about two weeks ago. I haven't tested my water because all the coral/inverts look the same as they always do. I do a 25% water change once a week.

Here is what it looks like from far away, it covers pretty much all of the sandbed. It doesn't seem to grow at all on the rocks or the coral. Only on the sand.

This is one of the better pictures I could get of them with my microscope.

I'm also trying to identify what this is:

This is a strand I pulled off of a different algae/bacteria that comes and goes. It's not really at plague proportions but I would like to figure out what it is. I think it's cyano, but I'm not entirely sure.

I also have a video:

Any help would be appreciated. I can also provide more photos and information about the tank if needed. Thanks.
