Help with algae ID unsure if GHA

I thought this was GHA but I tried a peroxide dip and it did not really help. The dip was 3%, 4:1 ratio for 7 mins. It did bubble a little but nothing released or looked like it was dying. I still had to scrape and scrub pretty intensely to get the majority of it off my frags. My tank is just 6 months so looking for help confirming GHA or something else. It is just on my frags hanging on the side of the tank. Here is a pick of one where it is not as bad but easy to see.

Peroxide can take a couple days for it to brown out and dissolve. If you don’t want to wait, another option is to use a cue tip and dap the algae with straight peroxide and let it sit for a couple minutes before putting back into the water.
