Help with Alkatronic.

Hello, bought this Alkatronic used and am having some trouble with it. Should it go in the trash or is there a fix? Has only been a couple days but it is all over the place.
I have calibrated the PH Probe, and all the pumps. I have retested the pumps and checked PH calibration. Hoses are all good. My DKH is actually in the 8s and I have not done anything to the tank since hooking up the Alkatronic. Thanks in advance.

Is the mixing 'pill' spinning when performing the tests? It might be worth checking with Focustronic themselves on their Facebook page, they're usually pretty good at answering queries.

When I had an issue with mine going ll over the place I realized my unit was 2+ years old so I replaced the PH Probe and everything went back to normal.

PH probe is brand new. It is a BRS one instead of factory. Not sure if that matters.

Ah gotcha, I would assume it should be all good I went with Milwaukee Instruments MA911B/2 Double Junction Ph
