Help with an aquatic life 12 bulb fixture

I have aquired a 12 bulb t5 from aquatic life. I have a 8 bulb on my +125, and I love it, but this 12 bulb even when I turn all channels off 4 bulbs stay lit. Anyone ever deal with this? Photo with just random bulbs I had on hand to test. My 8 bulb doesn't do this.

So I did more digging, and it appears that's the blue channel. I hit the button on the controller, I hear the click like it turns on or off, the fans kick on or off, but the bulbs stay on...

I called and figured out the problem. The relay for the blue channel was stuck open. They told me to tear it down and lightly hit it with a screwdriver. It's loose now, and working.
