Help with an ID of algae

Hi,
I migrated my Marineland 120 to the Red Sea Reefer 525XL 2 weeks ago. In the old tank I had a breakout of Dinos. Once I tore it down, cleaned up the rock and set everything up in the new tank I have started to see what's in the video. Trying to determine if this is Dinos again or Cyano.

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated .. feel free to subscribe as I will load more videos as I progress with the tank as well.

Usually diatoms can be left alone, and they will take care of themselves

I keep reading up and it goes back and forth. Do you know how long it takes? Been in this for just over 10 years and this is the first outbreak I have had.
