Help with anemone

I have a rose bubble tip anemone that isn’t coming out he has been shriveled up for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Is it time to cut him loose or is this normal? Water levels are good

Need more details please. Age of tank, actual parameters, and lighting being used. Also make sure you're not using tap water.

2-3 weeks definitely not normal. Mine typically stay closed for a few hours to maybe a day. Also hard to tell by pics, but looks to be bleached white? I'd imagine probably a goner.

That tank looks super clean... how long has it been running?
