Help with anemone

First off I know the nem wouldn't last this is still a fresh tank only 11 weeks old but I was given the nem for a late b day present after I told my brother no nem but a fish. Anyways tank is a 60g tall 36-30-15 all the perameters are 0 just did a water change tonight and added a bigger sump I only have 3 fish and a few corals. I've had the nem for about a month now it does ok closes up but opens up a few hours later but today he's been closed almost all day this is what he looks like

Should I take it out??

Sorry forgot to say I couldn't return the nem no returns on salt water live stock

Where did he get it? Try to target feed it and check your parameter. What type of corals you got in there?

Have you tried to rotate the rock up towards the light or move it into a higher flow area? My long tentacle did this for a while at first but as soon as he found his happy place, he started staying open all the time. 11 weeks is early for an anemone, but if you keep your parameters in check, it should be ok.

Anemones close up all the time...I have four pink bubble tips from splitting and one green bubble tip and thats not a big deal. As long as u dont see it polluting with stuff. It looks ok to me as I would not kill it.

Ok well it's starting to open up still looks weird though. He bought him at a lfs. Corals are a few zoas frogspawn toadstool acan favia. Checked parameters againg all at 0 ph about 8.

They close and open all the time. If something brushes up against it, it could be irritated and close. Nothing to worry about.
