How old is the tank? Based off the rock it looks fairly new. Generally anemones in my opinion should not be added to a tank until it's fully matured (8 months to a year) or the risk of the anemone dying or being unhappy is severely higher

yes they hide for a few days to a week in a new tank. It'll come out sooner or later and find a spot. Looks healthy to me

What lights are you using? Anemones take a little while to get settled. They like to attach they’re foot deep in the crevices of rocks, like Pukani. They like to hide till adjusted to your flow and light. just be sure to keep an eye on it because if they don’t like the area they are in, if they don’t like the surface they are on they will release and float towards the current in attempts to find a more habitable surface to their liking. When they do this I will grab it gently and place it near a surface with the foot lightly touching the surface giving it time to grab hold because it can get dangerous if they float into a powerhead

I had a haitian pink tip that did that for a couple of days, just before it dettached and got sucked into my wave maker... it didn't die and got sucked, because it still survived a month on QT, my guess it was just trying to find a comfortable place and got sucked. I would protect pumps and intakes with a piece of foam or even turn off any equipment that is not vital for the tank until it settles down if I were to do it again

My Haiti did move a lot more then my RBTA I always wondered if it was looking for a better place to catch meaty foods
