.
and feed it garlic fish food.

Angels come with velvet a LOT.

Any swimming in to powerheads, hiding from light or hiding more in general, scratching, flashing or twitching? Discoloration? Spots or dustings? Breathing heavily?

+1 We need a little more info on the angel's behavior before attempting a diagnosis.

Breathing heavy and twitching, this morning it didn't look to good, laying on its side but still breathing

Twitching usually indicates flukes, or possibly ich or velvet in the gills. First step is to perform a FW dip to check for flukes: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

There's a video in that thread which shows exactly what flukes look like once the fish is immersed in freshwater. However, if your fish is too weak/badly damaged he may not survive the dip. But it sounds like in his current state you don't have much to lose by trying. o_O

I'll give it a try when I get home if it's still alive, hoping I can save it

If it dies can I still dip it to check for flukes, also if it has flukes can it spread to my other fish, I had this in my dt for about a week

Yes. Even if he has died you can drop him in a cup with tap water to check for flukes. If you see them then the other fish will need to be treated with prazipro.

Thanks, I totally forgot to put an airline in the bucket i currently have him in, im sure it won't last by the time I get home

Looks like I got ich, one of my clowns is starting to develop white spots, I don't have a Qt guess I'm going to have to set one up now and run my tank fallow

Read this: How to Quarantine

Also, can you post photos of the clownfish so we can determine if this is ich, velvet or possibly even brook?

I will tonight for sure, my royal gramma has it to, they are all healthy and eating normal at the moment.

If it is ich would it be easier to just remove the few corals I have and go hypo in my DT. I know it's going to the a PITA to catch all my fish with out removing the rock

Hypo can be hit or miss for treating ich (there are resistant strains). Also, hypo does not treat other parasites such as velvet or brook. If you are seeing white spots on clownfish, odds are it's something other than ich.

I agree, copper or CP is a better angle.
