Hey guys, I have been trying to get this thing to work for a wile now with no luck. I was messing with it last night, and I made it worse. Now I have Two ato Icon showing.
ATO_V21 and ATO. Not sure how I have two.

The strange thing is that both needs to be on for the pump to work. For some reason both are connected. Also it only works if you switch it to on. If you change it to auto nothing works, even if the sensors are out of the water. I took the sensors out of the water for over 5 minutes on auto and it does not turn on. Here is my configuration.

What Am I doing wrong? I tried removing one of the existing switch but I dont know how.
If someone with pacience willing to help me I will greatly appreciate. Thank you.

Yeah my ATK has been acting up too. It kicks on then stops and send me error alarms. This is already the THIRD PMUP i got after I received 2 replacements form Apex

I regret it buying this ATO. My tunze is been working for a year with no crap, plug and play....
I still dont know how I have two ato’s icon on my apex. the ato only works on ON position if both Switches are on.

I just purchased one to install tomorrow. I hope I don't have any problems...

I have faced a similar problem for my Reef Noob tank, and it came down to power issue. My ATK +FMM kit stopped working independent, with a constant blinking orange light, but solid green when attached to APEX. After fiddling around with it, it was the FMM kit or the provided power adapter thats toasted, as my PMUP kept jerking when the sensors are triggered.

Can you try plugging the PMUP directly into a 1link module or you EB832 to see whether your problem is solved?

Forgot to update this thread, my bad. I actually fixed it by moving the rubber gasket that was around the impeller. I notice that the gasket gets in the impellers way every few weeks.
