Help with bi color hammer

I need help gang. Yesterday my birthday color hammer was doing fantastic, now one of the heads has shriveled up. Any ideas? First pic is yesterday, 2nd is today.

When I got home last night the lights were still on, but going down. It was shriveled up then.

They do that sometimes. Let’s see how it looks 4-5 hours after the lights turn back on
