I may need to move a previously quarantined tail spot blenny into QT from the DT and treat with copper (if I can even catch the thing). I thought in might be flukes or external parasites due to some flashing so I treated DT with Prazi 36 hours ago, but he's still lethargic and not eating. I see no other signs of disease.

The problem is I have a pink streak wrasse in QT right now that just completed 30 days of copper and one dose Prazi. I have a an invert QT that sat fishless for 76 days until I put one fire shrimp in a week ago and am now waiting for it to molt and then into DT. What might be the best way to manage this scenario if I decided copper is the next step? Can I move the PSW into invert QT without wrecking the prophylactic treated already completed? Should I just move the PSW into the display with only one Prazi treatment in QT and TSB in QT as appropriate?

Can I move an already copper treated fish (30 days in copper) into a fishless QT (for more than 76 days) that has had a fire shrimp in it for one week that has not molted, without undoing the completed copper treatment? Could the fish be infected with ich/velvet due to the presence of the shrimp and if so, is the probability low?

Anyone?

The probability is extremely low that the shrimp is carrying ich/velvet on its shell. now I say low but not impossible. It’s a small risk but still a risk.
