Morning All

Bought the aforesaid fish recently. What a worker! He sifts sand throughout the day. Unfortunately he covers all my small zoa frags. Will the frags get used to this or should I move them higher where less sand falls? Thanks for any ideas.

I would probably move them for now unless you want to be turkey basting them multiple times a day. When I first got my diamond watchman goby it was moving sand all over the place, building multiple tunnels. But after a month or two he picked his permanent tunnel for it’s den and the sand moving decreased dramatically.

Thank you. I will do that. He is a super fish. My wife loves him.

Gobys have the most personalities, I wouldn’t want a tank without one. May I suggest raising it up on a rock island so at some point it doesn’t overtake your main scape unless that’s what you’re going for.
