Had this guy for a week or so and last night noticed a small hole in the front of its hard base. Inside the hole i could see a very small silvery/white bug running around in the hole. I checked again this morning and the hole doesnt seem to have gotten any bigger and he still is looking quite healthy when hez streched out however i am worried this thing is eating my torch from the inside. What is it?
Should i dip it? If so can someone suggest a dip and a few tips as this will be my first experience dipping coral

.
Any help appreciated. Thankyou in advance.

They are so small i cant catch them without a really expensive camera. I only have seen one of them so far. It does kinda look like those. Do you think i should dip the torch now or just wait and see what happens?

If that is in fact what it is then you can just leave it alone. These things are pretty much harmless and will only feed on leftover food and such. If your still skeptical though and you want to do something about that hole you can always use some epoxy and fill it in. GL.
