just recently scored a 70g center overflow star fire oceanic tank. It didn't come with bulk heads or return nozzles or plumbing. Need help with finding bulkheads and the return nozzle things. The drilled hole is 1 3/4 is what I measured. There are 2 cut outs in the overflow, for I guess putting the return nozzle on either side? Does anyone know where I can find and what I'm looking for to get this thing underway?

What you have is a megaflow overflow. Do a search online for "Megaflow Overflow Kit" and you will find several companies that sell it. The bulkheads that you will need are one inch. Are both holes the same size? I cannot tell from the picture, but usually megaflow overflows have 1 one inch and one .75 inch.

The one inch will be the drain and the .75 will be the return.

I got my kit with the tank but they (Deep Blue) sell the kit separately. It would be cheaper to DIY then you can decide what type of fittings you want to use. (slip/barb, slip/slip, etc.)

I got ya! If my hole is 1 3/4 what size/type of bulkhead would be best?

1" bulkhead is what those holes are made for, from the pic they do appear the same size.

The drain(outlet) should have a standpipe riser attached to it in order to reduce water noise. The inlet (coming back to the tank), should have a 1" pipe riser teeing off at top and distributing to both sides of the overflow box.
