So I have a torch coral frogspawn and zoa in my tank I realized they were not extending as much as the last week and tested my levels
Ph-8.0-8.15
Ammonia-0
Nitrite -0
Nitrate-0-.2
Phosphate- .03-0
Calcium-410
Mg- 1480
Kh- 7

I am using red sea coral pro salt in which when I run out of I will be switching to the blue label red sea. As I didn't know coral pro has elevated levels in the salt
I know the mag is really high and the kh is pretty low what is a good way I can correct this to get them set at good levels. I am not dosing anything just trying to keep the levels stable with water changes right now I know people use kalkwasser would this be a good solution also I didn't think I would need to dose anything because I only have three corals in the tank but something is off any one with any ideas I would appreciate it for insight thank you

Your levels look okay to me. Your nitrates are on the low side, which makes your Alk okay in my opinion. How big is your tank. I used to use the same salt and switched to tropic Marin, which is at the level I keep my tank parameters for the most part. The Red Sea salt levels were too high for me and I definitely had trouble keeping corals, but my tank was also fairly new. If you have a big tank then water changes may not be enough to maintain consistent alk and calcium levels. The salt is likely causing instability as well. I'm assuming your tank is new, which may be the main issue with your euphyllias.

My tank in a 25 lagoon it's prob about 7-8 months old fairly new still I will possibly try that salt and see what happens

Sounds good. There are plenty of salts out there. When I first started, I have to admit that I just grabbed the Red Sea salt without reading the components that came with it. The good thing is that I started my tank with it so I used a great deal of the salt and it lasted about 3 months after water changes and once I changed to a salt suitable to my desired levels, my corals started doing better.
I use the tropic Marin Bio-Actif for my tank. Provides trace elements and bioactive components.
Your tank is small and the water changes could be producing a swing in your parameters.
In my opinion, your numbers look good. If you wanted to you could raise your Alk closer to 8 but it would be a preference. Below is a table for salt containers and what the levels are.

Thank you for the info if you were in my shoes what would you do I just want my corals to be healthy and grow

So I ordered a bucket of bio actif now after I received it I'm reading everyone's mixed reviews I do not have a skimmer nor have I been carbon dosing will this be a issue I also have lps coral do you think I will have a issue switching over

Do a water change and then test your alk everyday til your next water change. If you are not dosing alk in between changes it is possible your experiencing a slow drop in alk everyday and from one change to the next the drop could be significant. This would not be a stable condition for your corals. So a kh if 7 might be ok but if it was say 10 after water change and drops to 7 that can be an issue.

I’m not dripping ca/alk/mag but I do have to dose alk almost everyday to keep my alk stable. This was one of the biggest improvements I saw in my tank with corals. I know some people say you can just do weekly water changes and not dose anything but that didn’t work for me. Specifically alk needs to be monitored til you know how much your tank is consuming.
