Those are really different pumps, the blow hole is for large head systems like pumping from basement and the snapper is just an efficient high flow pump.
What size tank/sump and what kind of install are you doing

Tapatalk on Galaxy S3

One of the two pumps will be going on a 180 gal tank it will run a bio pellet reactor and a skimmer the sump is a 40 to 50 gal. custom made the pump will be under the stand so maybe 15' of pvc pipe the height from pump to overflow will be 4 to 5 feet I hope this helps

Water Blaster by Coralvue, you can choose the size to fit your needs. They come with a three year warranty and can be used externally or in sump. Quiet and uses way less power than that dart did. Does not add heat either... JMHO

yea, those water blasters are pretty nice pumps. I personally have a dart for my closed loop and a barracuda for my return. I really like both. they will run you about 2.2 amps or so.
